Internet as a medium of communication

Here is an announcement. The significant aspect is the quick reporting on
the proceedings of the conference. This appears to be the trend of the next
millenium even though the traditional paper version delivered by snailmail
delayed by months will continue. 

I think other organizations still happily living in the techniques and
technology of 18th century or even previous manvantara may want to wake up
to the reality of the day.
