    Being kind and generous doesn't in any way shape or form imply a person
is worth a damn at actually running something. And so far as "RUMORS" go -
well "some people" on this list have pretty damn *personal* evidence that at
least a few officals are *anything* but "kind and generous" - despite the
rumors to that effect spread by blind supporters. -JRC
