(unless the price has gone up a few bucks) from the TPH. It is a very good
manual to fashion one's spiritual life by. Her 4 components are
self-development, study, meditation, and service, and she describes how to
go about bringing each one of those into your life, and voila a practical
Theosophical spiritual life.
