No body E-mails from Vnet

Several of you have asked about E-mails with no body sent by both the
listproc and from private accounts here at Vnet. One of the machines
which processes mail sent to other systems on the net had a full
hard-drive. The problem has been corrected and a method for preventing
this from happening again is in place.
