Expertise?? Flatterer :)
As it so happens, I had to call somebody in New Zealand today anyhow, so I
know that 10pm in NY (EDT) is 2pm NZ next day, so
from Pacific Daylight Time,
add 7 hours to get Greenwich Mean,
add another 12 to get NZ Auckland (I don't know from NZ central)
