 Yes, there's many non-informative messages and even "informative"
ones contain too much of quoted information, so called "overqouting".
And note that each letter carries approx 1k. of technical information.
This extremely increases traffic that forces some subscribers signoff
by financial means (who pay for received mail) or by technical means
(like me - internetwork gate cannot transmit too much information.
Sometime the gate operator will pay attention to increased traffic
and maybe'll unlink such a subscribers).
 We in FidoNet have a moderator in each newsgroup who can disconnect
subscribers for overqouting and non-informative messages. I'm new in
Internet and don't know how this problem is solved here.
