images" of one another, everything is reversed. He was tryuing too hard to
balance the religious approach, and she was trying too hard to balance the
material approach. But one can say that 'Darwinian survival of the fittest"
sure appealed to the Nazis, and i can be sure that some of the more
intellectual Nazis had probably read the Secret Doctrine as well as Darwin.
I know it's hardly true of you, you're too thoughtful and well informed, but
it's a tremendous and quite common mistake to think that all the Nazis were
mindless brutes, they weren't and that's why they managed to do so much
harm. Mindless Brutes would never have accomplished what the Nazis
accomplished. It took totally perverted genius to do that!

These are some of the most important matters for those of us willing to
question Theosophy to think about and discuss, for if the Racial Doctrines
of the secret Doctrine were in some way partially responsible for the
Holocaust, then as self-identified Theosophists, if there is such a thing as
Karma, we bear some of it. Maybe everything needs questioning in the search
for that truth which is "higher than religion". If we all really do care
about the three objects maybe it's time to really carefully examine the rest
of the package.
