I think my only disagreement with Rich's statement is that I strongly
believe that EVERYONE is involved in "spiritual development" for that, as I
see it, is the sole purpose of "creation" though to me "spiritual
development" means the evolution and intensification of not-carnate
intelligence and awareness. As to "psychic powers" which to me are simply a
connection between physical intelligence and it's non-physical component,
they develop when the "program" calls for them to develop, neither sooner or
later.
