What exactly IS an "eccentricity"? One of the most eccentric people I have
ever known or heard about was Bertrand Russell and I can't recall his having
been in the arts. Now an almost equal was Frank LLoyd Wright, but is
archtecture a "science" or an "art" or both at once?
